Mazal Tov to Tanya Barak (Wainhaus 06-08) on the recent birth of her son Aryeh Anshel! Tomer Devorah would also like to wish Tamar Barak (07-09) a mazal tov on the birth of her nephew, Aryeh Anshel!

Benefit for Bentzi 2

The Benefit for Benzti 2 took place on Monday, April 11th. There was an aray of Tomer Devorah alumnae there including some staff! The event was highly succesful and plenty of money was raised for children with rare ilnesses, thanks to you! I am going to do my best to list everyone present in this picture but it is a little blurry so if I make any mistakes please let me know and I'll fix them as soon as I can.

Erev Pesach Get-Together

Adrienne Rosenthal, Reena Michelle Fried, Ariana Goldwasser, Leah Kasten and Chipper Bazian had a get-together in Maryland right before Pesach. Reena, Chipper, and Ariana recently finished their shana bet stint and I guess Leah and Adrienne just missed them too much. Thank you for the picture Leah!

Little Baltimore Reunion

This past Motzei Shabbos some Tomer Devorah alumnae got together for a little reunion in Baltimore. Aliza Zirkind (Fried 06-08), Margalit Schwartz (former madricha), Leah Kasten (09-11, currently in shana bet) and Reena Fried (09-11) were all there. Thank you for sending in the picture Leah, you ladies look great and so happy to see eachother!

Shana Bet 08-09 Shabbaton

The Shana Bet class of 08-09 recently had a reunion shabbaton in honor of Pesha Rubin (Tomer Devorah Alumnus and madricha extroidenaire) coming in from Israel earlier in the week. The shabbaton was a collaborative event with everyone pitching in things from food to supplies, their fabulous madricha even sent dessert in all the way from Israel. Missing from the event were Simcha Cohen (Amster) who couldn't make it from Chicago with her husband and Maya Beitsch who couldn't make it from Israel with her husband and baby. Last Night's ooVoo Shiur

Last night there was an alumnae ooVoo shiur given by Rabbi Rosenstein. The shiur was on hilchos pesach. In attendance were (top left) Daniella Casper (Lee 08-09), Julia Seni (09-10), Channah Yudkowsky (07-09), Carol Kritzman (09-10), Atara Kaufman (08-10), Meira Pearl (07-09) and Amy Feder (07-09). A SPECIAL thank you to Channah Yudkowsky for arranging the shiur and to Rabbi Rosenstein for giving his time so early in the morning!
